For the 9th year in a row, the American Cancer Society Telethon Greater Hazleton willfeature Fashion For A Cure between 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Pennsylvania Theatre of Performing Arts.
“Our models will wear outfits that they chose, something personal. They always seem to enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate their fashion sense and style by wearing an outfit they feel represents who they really are,” said Sherri O’Donnell, fashion show coordinator. “This family segment has grown each year, and we welcome anyone who would like to participate as a new model next year to contact me. This segment was all about people, individuals, and families, who choose to model in honor of or in memory of someone they know who has had to deal with cancer.”
