CyBC has announced that it will air the final of the Greek national final for Eurovision 2026 live on its main channel.
The Cypriot public broadcaster CyBC has announced that it will air the final of Sing for Greece 2026 live on Saturday night. Viewers in Cyprus will be able to watch the final of the Greek national final live on RIK 1. This is the first time that the Cypriot broadcaster has aired the Greek national final for the Eurovision Song Contest since 2015.
Sing for Greece 2026 will determine the act that will represent Greece at the 70th Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria. It will consist of two semifinals and a final, with a total of 28 acts participating. Across the two semi-finals, seven entries will qualify for the final.
Semi Final Two will take place on Friday 13, with the next fourteen competing entries vying to qualify for the final on February 15. There will also be guest performances from Cyprus’ Eurovision entry, Antigoni, who will perform her entry “JALLA” live for the first time, as well as Tamta, who represented Cyprus in 2019.

Cyprus debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1981. Their best result was in 2018, when Eleni Foureira and the song “Fuego” finished second with 436 points. Before then, their best results in the contest came in the form of three fifth-place finishes. These fifth-place finishes were Anna Vissi with “Mono i agapi” in 1982, Hara & Andreas Constantinou with “Mana mou” in 1997 and Lisa Andreas with “Stronger Every Minute” in 2004. Cyprus currently holds the record for the most participations in Eurovision without a win.
