21 Years of Artful, Client-First Fashion

That curatorial lens now extends beyond apparel. This season, Kohan introduces SeedArte’, a botanical fragrance house conceptualized in Los Angeles and handcrafted in Florence. The collection includes LEDA, an extrait de parfum inspired by the myth of Leda and the Swan, opening with Sicilian mandarin and French tuberose; Leda Angelica, a concentrated perfume oil designed as a daily ritual; and the LEDA Face Elixir, a high-potency botanical blend formulated with black seed, jojoba and rosehip oils. Sculptural in presentation and rooted in both artistry and formulation, the line reflects the same balance of beauty, discipline and intention that defines the boutique’s fashion edit.

That same rigor applies to the women she dresses. “We’re not a trendy store,” Kohan says, emphasizing longevity, quality and fit. “Comfort is key. If you’re happy and something fits you well, you look beautiful.” Her approach favors investment over impulse—one versatile, impeccably cut piece rather than a rotation of disposable fashion. Complimentary alterations and detailed styling guidance ensure that each purchase integrates seamlessly into a client’s wardrobe.

Kohan’s sensibility is instinctive, developed through experience and informed by her Persian heritage—a warm and inviting culture she describes as “always about dressing up and being more refined.” Yet the boutique’s identity extends beyond clothing. It functions as a meeting point for designers and clients, a space where dialogue and trust develop over time. “People are craving relationships and kindness,” she reflects. “It’s about having a store that’s the intersection for the designers and people.”

At 21, the boutique’s strength lies in that human dimension. It reflects its founder: disciplined in taste, clear in vision and steadfast in integrity. “When you walk through our doors, you’re not just shopping,” Kohan says. “You’re becoming part of a story—one woven with artistry, community and the joy of discovery.”
