There is nearly a full slate of NBA action lined up for Wednesday, Jan. 7 as there are 12 games set to take place, with the majority of the playoff hopefuls in action.

Of the 12 games in action, there are 18 teams that are either currently in the playoffs, or currently in the Play-In if the postseason started today, and the Milwaukee Bucks, who are tied with the Atlanta Falcons, but enter the day 11th in the standings.

The top five teams in the East are all in action as well as the four teams holding the Play-In spots, and the Bucks. The top five teams in the West are also competing on Wednesday, as well as all four of the current Play-In squads.

The Los Angeles Lakers visit the San Antonio Spurs in one of the most anticipated matchups of the night, while the Houston Rockets visit the Portland Trail Blazers in what could be a sneaky good contest.
