Keith Urban to headline Country Summer Music Festival

Keith Urban, a four-time Grammy Award winner, will headline the Country Summer Music Festival on June 13, organizers announced Friday.

The three-day festival, scheduled for June 12–14 at the Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa, will feature more than 20 acts. Additional performers will be announced at a later date. The festival will be held earlier than in previous years, a change organizers hope will attract a larger crowd and offer milder temperatures.

Organizers also said early-bird ticket pricing has been extended. Three-day passes will remain at a starting price of $185, including fees, through Friday, Feb. 20. After that, general admission three-day passes will start at $200. VIP upgrades and parking passes are available at countrysummer.com.

Urban, who has won 15 Academy of Country Music Awards and 13 Country Music Association Awards, was born in New Zealand and moved to Australia as a child. He released his self-titled debut album in Australia in 1991, which charted four singles, before relocating to the United States the following year.

Urban’s most recent studio album, “High,” includes the singles “Heart Like a Hometown,” “Straight Line,” “Go Home W U,” a collaboration with Lainey Wilson, and “Messed Up as Me.” Among his earlier hits are “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” “Wasted Time,” “Somebody Like You,” “Long Hot Summer” and “One Too Many,” a duet with Pink.

Urban’s “All for the Hall” benefit concerts have raised $4.3 million for the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville.

“We anticipate a great show this year and couldn’t be more excited to welcome Keith Urban to our
Chevrolet Silverado Stage,” Drew Jacoby, an executive producer of the festival, said in a statement.
