Games leaving Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass February 28

While the next lot of new Game Pass games for February remains a secret, we do now know which titles will need tackling before they leave the service at the end of the month. Unfortunately, subscribers are losing some excellent games here.
Kicking things off with the game with the shortest completion time, we have Monster Train, which has 53 achievements you can unlock in 40-50 hours. If you start the roguelike deckbuilder today and are particularly dedicated, you should be able to grab the 1,000G here. One of the trickier achievements involves racking up 50,000 points in a daily challenge, which can be tough depending on that day’s task. You may have to wait until you get a high-scoring challenge with favorable mutators pops up.

Next, there is Expeditions: A MudRunner Game and Middle-earth: Shadow of War, which both have completion times of 60-80 hours (excluding DLC packs). Expeditions appears to be the more laborious of the two, with achievements for completing all expeditions, driving 200km, and fixing 10,000 points worth of damage to vehicles. Shadow of War still has some tricky achievements, and if you add on the time it takes to complete all additional DLC packs, you’re looking at 70-95 hours.

For Injustice 2, you can beat its base achievement list in 150-200 hours. The 1,000G here is tough and a bit of a grind, especially if you’re not too familiar with fighting games. If you do fancy going for the completion, we have an excellent Injustice walkthrough that will help. For all the PC players out there, the Windows version of Injustice has its own separate list of achievements to earn.

Will you be tackling any of these Xbox Game Pass games before they’re punted from the subscription service? Let us know down in the comments.
