YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) – Team Stars defeated Team Stripes 47-21 in championship game. Anthony Edwards wins MVP for his performance. Team World lost both of its matchups.
Arizona Western softball extended its win streak to 12 games after picking up two wins against Utah State Eastern. Game one went to extra innings in which the Matadors picked up a 5-4 victory in the 8th inning. Game two went a different direction with AWC easing to a 9-2 win.
