11 Missouri Drive-Ins Still Going Strong in 2026

If you get all misty-eyed when you think of watching a movie in your vehicle on a big screen outside, you probably would like to know how many drive-in theaters are still active in Missouri in 2026. That’s a good question and there are conflicting answers, but it appears there are 11 drive-in theaters still planning to open for business in 2026.

I have found two sources for active Missouri drive-in theaters. One is the Visit Missouri website and the other is Google. Visit Missouri lists 11 drive-in theaters ready to open in 2026 while Google claims there are now only 9. Since I try to be a glass-half-full sort of person, I’m going with the more optimistic 11 from Visit Missouri.

Since this list is changeable, make sure you verify that the Missouri drive-in you want to go to really is still open. I check for official websites and/or their social media pages where new announcements, updates or changes are often shared. While I’ve tried to verify these 11 Missouri drive-ins myself, I am a human who isn’t perfect. Shocking, I know. I really hope these Missouri drive-in theaters can make a go of it and continue to be successful. It’s an era of movies I don’t want to see go away anytime soon.
