In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:
First Presbyterian Church in downtown Roseburg is presenting its Lenten Meditations in Music series again this year. The time for peaceful meditation and contemplation during Lent is held every Friday afternoon from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the church’s sanctuary at 823 Southeast Lane Avenue. Different musicians are featured each week.
This Friday cellist Justus Mackintosh will be accompanied by flutists Michelle Juett, Steven Lounsbury, and Pat Melhoff.
The program is also streamed on the church’s Facebook page and its YouTube channel.
