Wasteful Forest held at home to Wolves
Nottingham Forest sacked Nuno Espirito Santo just three games into the season in September.
It came after he declared his relationship with club owner Evangelos Marinakis had deteriorated, despite finishing seventh in the Premier League and qualifying for Europe last season.
Former Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou was then appointed as his successor but the Australian lasted only 39 days after failing to win any of his eight league games in charge – drawing two and losing six.
Sean Dyche’s arrival in October appeared to bring stability, winning seven of his opening 12 games, but the poor recent run saw Forest fail to pull away from danger, with players unconvinced by his methods.
Several were summoned to see owner Marinakis after the goalless draw with bottom side Wolves which was followed by Dyche’s departure after 114 days in charge.
Forest are three points above the Premier League relegation zone with 12 games remaining, with 18th-placed West Ham’s recent uptick in form piling more pressure on the club.
