Local Story: Schuylkill Haven Woman Charged in Eagles Ticket Scam
Directed by three-time Tony winner Jack O’Brien, the show follows Maria, a governess who brings music to the von Trapp family in Austria as World War II looms. It features iconic songs such as “My Favorite Things,” “Do-Re-Mi,” “Edelweiss,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” and the title track.
During the run for The Sound of Music at the Academy of Music, the production will offer accessible performances, including ASL interpretation, audio description, and captioning.
