TUI, Europe’s largest tour operator, says it is prepared for the increased demand it sees from pre-bookings and other indications for trips to Greece.
TUI is not only increasing its packages to Greece for this season, but has also significantly expanded its portfolio of partner hotels in the country, while recording strong momentum in the cruise tourism sector.
The group’s strategy for the current year focuses on consolidating its market share in the Mediterranean, with Greece being the central pillar of its development policy, given the consistently high preference European consumers show for the Greek tourism product, according to a presentation by CEO Sebastian Ebel.
