Green Bay mom blends fashion and Down syndrome advocacy at Della Jewelry & Co.

GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A local mother is turning her passion into a powerful mission by combining fashion with advocacy to make a difference in her community.

Over 8 years ago, Danielle Sweger began Della Jewelry & Co at her parents dining room table.

The jewelry and women’s clothing business quicky grew into a space to raise awareness for Down Syndrome, fundraise for organizations helping special needs families in her community, and create an inclusive work environment for her daughter with Down Syndrome, Caroline.

Della Jewelry & Co features their full Clay Bar, where you can design your own earrings, necklace, or bracelet.

The business just launched the 3.21 collection, which is on honor of World Down Syndrome Day and her daughter. World Down Syndrome Day is Saturday, March 21st.

You can experience The Clay Bar at their upcoming Girl’s Night out event.

Girl’s Night Out will be held Friday, March 6th from 5 to 9 PM at 101 S. Bay Beach Road in Green Bay.
