The volume of trade between Greece and Turkey could rise to 10 billion dollars this year, from 7 billion in 2025, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
Speaking after a session of his cabinet, Erdogan referred to his meeting with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in Ankara on February 11.
He said the talks included both countries’ positions on the Aegean Sea and the eastern Mediterranean, as well as Greece’s Muslim minority in Thrace.
