Ferencváros have won just one of their prior four major European competition games against Ludogorets (D1 L2), though that sole victory came in their last home match against the Bulgarian side, winning 3-1 during the league phase of this season’s UEFA Europa League.
In all European competitions, Ludogorets have lost four of their five away trips to Hungary – the other was a 3-0 win at Ferencváros in October 2019 in the UEFA Europa League.
Ferencváros are unbeaten in their last eight home major European matches (W6 D2) since losing 2-1 to Spurs in October 2024. However, on the last two occasions their second leg of a knockout tie has fallen at home, they have lost: 0-2 to Bayer Leverkusen in the last 16 of the 2022-23 Europa League and 0-1 to Olympiakos in the play-offs of the 2023-24 Conference League.
Since November 2019, Ludogorets have won just one of their 20 away UEFA Europa League games (D6 L13) and have now lost their last three in succession. Only once have they lost more in succession on their travels in the competition, four defeats between February and December 2020.
After winning their first UEFA Europa League knockout match 1-0 vs Lazio in February 2014, Ludogorets have since failed to win any of their last nine such games (D2 L7), scoring just twice across their last eight combined.
