TITUSVILLE, Fla. – Florida Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Blaise Ingoglia is headed to Central Florida for a news conference this week, according to his office.
In a release, state officials announced that Ingoglia will speak in Titusville on Thursday afternoon, though few details have yet been released about what he’ll discuss.
In recent weeks, Ingoglia has been particularly vocal about his support for greater immigration enforcement, including pushing for new legislation and law enforcement bonuses to achieve just that.
But another key priority for Ingoglia is reducing “excessive” government spending at the local level, which he and Gov. Ron DeSantis have been trying to expose in an effort to prove that property tax cuts are warranted.
Regardless, this next news conference is scheduled for Thursday at 2:30 p.m. News 6 will stream it live at the top of this story when it happens.
