New Hampshire charitable gaming revenue hit $38.5 million in January, up 71.4%, boosted in part by the addition of video lottery terminals in June. The machines added $12 million to the state total last month.
The figures, published by the New Hampshire Lottery, show that historical horse racing generated $16.6 million, up 3.4%, while games of chance yielded $9.9 million, up 53.8%.
The Nash, which opened in March of last year, reported the highest revenue of the month with $11.9 million. Of this, HHR generated $2.5 million, games of chance $3.9 million, and VLTs $5.5 million.
The second-highest revenue generator was The Brook, with revenue rising 8.8% to $7.4 million. HHR and games of chance were down, 21.9% and 17.2% respectively. VLTs generated $2 million.
Revo Casino Conway had the biggest year-over-year revenue increase in January, up 3,664% to $742,443. The casino was operating out of a temporary venue that month, opening in February 2025.
The biggest year-over-year decline came from Gate City Casino, dropping 22.4% to $3.6 million. HHR fell 85.8% to $455,122, while games of chance declined 48.1% to $736,788. VLTs generated $2.4 million.
Other declines came from Chasers Poker Room, down 12.5%; Revo Casino Dover, down 5.8%; and Lakes Region Casino, down 3.2%.
