Music Video Monday: “Mr. Fable’s Leaving Town” by Missed Dunks at Summer League

The new album by Missed Dunks at Summer League was inspired by Jordan Peterson-Camp‘s recent move from Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Memphis. He says the Bluff City’s punk underground helped him write a new batch of songs unlike anything he has done before. His new album Fared Well is scheduled to drop on March 13 on Memphis’ Machine Duplication Recording label. Peterson-Camp played all of the instruments on the record, with a little percussion help from General Labor’s Elijah Poston and Big Clown’s Zach Mitchell.

“Mr. Fable’s Leaving Town” is about “watching private equity warp your old family haunts.” For the music video, Peterson-Camp returns to his hometown to take in some nostalgic culinary treats. Time to eat!
