What’s Happened In Fashion This Week? | Fashion

Paloma Elsesser for Burberry by Tim Walker.

Burberry marks 170 years with a tribute to the trench.

Burberry has invited a host of celebrities and brand ambassadors including Little Simz, Paloma Elsesser, Kate Moss, Little Simz and Kid Cudi to join a campaign celebrating the classic Burberry trench. Photographed by Tim Walker and titled ‘The Trench, Portraits of an Icon’, the campaign marks Burberry’s 170th anniversary and invites the cast to wear the trench their own way, emphasising its versatility worn in different ways by 23 people across fashion, music, sport and art.

“To celebrate the Burberry trench, an icon of British style and fashion, we invited friends from across the creative world to bring it to life,” said Daniel Lee, Burberry’s Chief Creative Officer. “Think of it as a tribute to Burberry – a symbol of British style and craftsmanship – and a thank you to the skilled individuals behind every coat.”

The campaign follows Daniel Lee’s autumn-winter 2026 show at Old Billingsgate market last week, many of the cast were in attendance on the runway or sat front row. The collection was decidedly trench-heavy, and perfectly on point as England has been in the midst of a never ending downpour throughout 2026.

A short documentary accompanies the portrait campaign; set to Sing by Blur, the film captures unscripted words from the cast expressing the spirit of the Burberry trench and what it means to them.

Bella Hadid for Miss Sixty.

Bella Hadid debuts nostalgic cowgirl capsule for Miss Sixty.

Miss Sixty and Bella Hadid are dreaming up a cowgirl fantasy, transporting their collection back to the 90s.

Over a series of low-rise flared jeans, crop tops and fitted silhouettes, the capsule collection places Hadid at the helm of its creative direction, drawing influence from her childhood and her love for denim.

Shot by Yasmine Diba, the campaign visually celebrates the collaboration’s playful approach – think life-like mannequins, cherry-topped sundaes, coin-operated horse rides and beyond.

Purchase the collection via misssixty.com or the Milan Flagship Store in Piazza Liberty.

Gaius Okami for Tommy Jeans

Tommy Jeans touches down in London for Spring.

Tommy Jeans is touching down in London to celebrate its spring campaign and a host of new faces. As the younger, sportier side of mainline Tommy Hilfiger, Tommy Jeans has long sat at the intersection of fashion, music and youth culture, mixing classic American denim with sportier silhouettes and streetwear.

Global brand ambassador Jang Won Young leads a cast that include F1® Academy driver Alba Larsen, South London musician Cat Burns, Asian American artist James Lee, Argentine actor Franco Masini and Canadian, Berlin-based creative Gaius Okami. Embracing the rhythms of London and the free spirit of Tommy Jeans’ summer campaign, the cast explores the neighbourhood of their own volition, photographed cycling and snapping photos on their phones.

“Spring 2026 is about letting the city set the rhythm, and London’s energy brings a new edge to TOMMY JEANS,” said Tommy Hilfiger. “The collection is about confidence, individuality, and the fearless attitude of a new generation. Jang Won Young embodies this moment with her effortless cool and global influence, leading a group that flips the script and owns self-expression on their own terms.”

The clothing is light and built for layering through the transitional months, the iconic Tommy Jeans flag graphic appears throughout, sometimes in miniature embroidery and sometimes blanketing entire pieces of clothing. Denim is baggy and comfortable, set in vintage washes with visible mends for an authenticity that confirms these pieces will stay in your wardrobe forever. If one piece of clothing were to define the spirit of this collection it would be the Archive Vulc sneaker, a heritage Tommy Jeans design that bridges between classic American prep and modern British streetwear.

The collection is available now at tommy.com

Puma H-Street Ballet

Puma goes ballerina-core for its latest H-Street sneaker drop.

PUMA is pirouetting into the spring season with a revamped H-Street model, adopting a ballet-inspired silhouette.

Available in three vibrant colourways, the shoe echoes its 90s roots – a lightweight all-rounder that ensures the comfort of a sneaker with a feminine, mary-jane touch. Taking its name from a Swahili phrase, which means “pull together”, the H-Street lends its focus to free movement, constructed with a breathable mesh upper in a streamlined shape.

The PUMA H-Street Ballet is available to purchase from PUMA.com, PUMA flagship stores, and selected PUMA stockists.

Julia Garner is Jack McCollough & Lazaro Hernandez’s first Loewe ambassador.

Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez have revealed American actress Julia Garner as their first global brand ambassador at Loewe. “A sense of connection led us to Julia,” the pair said. “There was an immediate bond.”

Best known for her breakout role in Netflix’s Ozark before starring opposite Josh Brolin and Amy Madigan in 2025’s Weapons and alongside Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as the Silver Surfer in The Fantastic Four, Garner’s appointment at Loewe is significant as Loewe continues to evolve under McCollough & Hernandez’s direction.

“It feels deeply personal to become the first global ambassador personally chosen by Jack and Lazaro. There’s something very moving about being seen in that way — about knowing they felt a connection strong enough to invite me into this new chapter of the House,” says Garner.

Converse Embraces Grunge & Glory With The Chuck Taylor All Star Throwback.

Converse is going back to its roots with the Chuck Taylor All Star Throwback. A brand new silhouette inspired by a classic, the throwback is a new expression of the classic Chuck Taylor All Star.

Firmly rooted in the decade of Grunge & Glory, the shoe takes inspiration from a laid-back minimalism of the ‘90s. Perfectly imperfect details lay out the storied history of the shoe, from saturated colours, oversized eyelets to accommodate classically fat ‘90s laces, a Chuck patch that’s slightly off centre, irregularly placed rubber foxing tape and a stretched toe bumper feel nostalgic and worn. A thicker midsole and underfoot cushioning provide added comfort in a nod to the shoe’s roots on the basketball court. The altered silhouette offers unique, almost handmade-feel for a new generation.
