WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) — In celebration of Women’s History Month, Hamptons Fashion Week partnered with the Hampton Vintage Market to present a dynamic runway and marketplace event on the West Palm Beach Waterfront, blending fashion, culture, and philanthropy while spotlighting women-led design and sustainability.
Sunday afternoon transformed the waterfront into an elevated fashion destination, seamlessly merging luxury contemporary collections with curated vintage style. The collaboration highlighted women designers who are committed to ethical production, craftsmanship, and supporting the next generation of creative talent.
Iconic fashion personality Regina Kravitz served as Mistress of Ceremonies, guiding guests through runway presentations and designer showcases. The event drew notable VIP attendees including Members Only reality series star Gale Brophy, Food Network personality Suzanne Lossia, and influencer Cindy Guyer, bringing together leaders from fashion, media, entertainment, and philanthropy.
Hamptons Fashion Week Founder Dee Rivera said bringing the event to West Palm Beach had long been a goal. Partnering with the Hampton Vintage Market, Rivera noted, created the perfect platform to showcase designers while celebrating sustainability and timeless style.
The standout runway moment came from Sunskaara, a sustainable fashion brand founded by designer Garima Malhotra. Rooted in a family legacy of artisans who manufacture for major luxury houses, Malhotra’s designs celebrate women’s empowerment and the idea of owning one’s power and prosperity. Her debut collection featured timeless silhouettes, elevated textiles, and ethically produced garments crafted using traditional dyeing techniques and small-batch methods.
“We take each piece to the women artisans in India, where they can work from home,” said Malhotra, “so they can still take care of their kids, and work on hand embroidery, which is dying art.”

Each Sunskaara piece reflects a commitment to responsible sourcing and fair labor practices, while preserving generational artistry and cultural textile traditions through direct partnerships with skilled artisans.
The runway presentation, produced by Hamptons Fashion Week, was complemented by the Hampton Vintage Market’s curated selection of collectible fashion and rare finds. Participating vintage brands included Coco Cabana Shop, VF Design, Vielles Ames, and Zingara Vintage, creating a vibrant intersection of heritage fashion and contemporary sustainability.
Guests explored a full-day “Shop Till You Drop” marketplace featuring designer collections, limited-edition pieces, and rare vintage highlights. The highly anticipated runway show later that afternoon drew media, tastemakers, and fashion insiders for an afternoon celebrating women, creativity, and conscious style. VIP attendees enjoyed curated giveaways and exclusive gifting experiences throughout the event.
More than a fashion presentation, the collaboration underscored the evolving future of fashion—where sustainability, luxury, vintage sophistication, and artisan craftsmanship come together to honor both heritage and innovation.
