Olympic champion Alysa Liu gave fans another look at her time in Paris after attending the Louis Vuitton Fall 2026 fashion show.
The 20-year-old American figure skater posted a series of images from the event on Instagram, highlighting moments from the show and her experience in the French capital. Alongside the photos, Liu wrote a playful caption celebrating the night and the designer behind the collection.
“Paris, 3:2 version!! Loved the showwww Nicolas Ghesquiere, what an experience,” Liu wrote, tagging Nicolas Ghesquière, the artistic director of Louis Vuitton.
Ghesquière, a renowned French designer, has led the creative direction of Louis Vuitton since 2013 after earning global recognition for his influential work at Balenciaga from 1997 to 2012.

Liu’s appearance at the Louis Vuitton Fall 2026 show marked her first time attending a major fashion event in Paris. The runway presentation was held at the iconic Louvre Museum, where the Olympic gold medalist joined a crowd of celebrities and fashion insiders.
Among the high-profile attendees were actress Zendaya and Lisa of BLACKPINK, both of whom drew attention at the star-packed event.
For the show, Liu wore a relaxed yet stylish outfit that reflected her off-ice fashion sense. She appeared in a brown denim jacket paired with matching mid-rise jeans layered over a white T-shirt. The jacket featured Louis Vuitton’s recognizable monogram on the chest pocket, and Liu carried a monogram shoulder bag like a clutch.
Her hairstyle also stood out. Instead of her usual straight striped hair, Liu debuted soft wavy curls, giving fans a fresh look at her evolving personal style.
Despite the glamorous setting, Liu previously admitted she was still learning how fashion shows work.
“I have no idea how fashion shows work,” she told W Magazine before attending the event. “I’m really excited to just witness it and see the looks as well as who’s going to be there.”
Liu’s growing presence at international events comes after a remarkable year in sports.
At the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan, Liu made history by winning gold in the women’s singles competition. The victory ended a long drought for American women in Olympic figure skating and made her the first U.S. woman in nearly 25 years to win Olympic gold in the event.
She also helped Team USA capture gold in the team competition during the same Games.
With the new attention came a packed schedule filled with appearances, media events, and international invitations, including the Louis Vuitton fashion show. Still, the Olympic champion has embraced the opportunities that followed her historic win.
For now, fans seem eager to follow Liu wherever her journey leads, whether it’s on the ice, at a global sporting event or sitting front row at one of the world’s biggest fashion shows.
