A recent industry analysis by Jefferies analyst David Katz suggests that companies capable of using AI tools could gain a competitive advantage as the technology becomes more widely adopted. According to the report, gaming businesses are likely to expand their use of AI to refine marketing strategies, enhance customer interaction, and improve operational productivity.

Among the companies highlighted as well positioned to benefit is Caesars Entertainment. The casino operator runs one of the sector’s largest loyalty ecosystems through its Caesars Rewards program, which has more than 65 million members. Analysts believe such extensive databases could allow companies to deploy AI systems that analyze customer behavior and deliver tailored promotions at scale.

The study indicated that gaming firms may rely on artificial intelligence to attract new players, encourage repeat visits, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. Operators who move slowly in putting this into action risk losing ground to rivals that integrate AI-powered tools sooner.

Beyond marketing, the technology could also have an influence on how casino floors are managed. Advanced analytics systems can process large volumes of gaming data, helping operators determine which machines should be installed and where they should be located to maximize performance. Brightstar already serves a large portion of the global lottery market and provides technology support to dozens of jurisdictions in the United States and several of the world’s biggest lottery organizations. Analysts believe that combining this reach with artificial intelligence capabilities could further strengthen its position in the industry.
