Director Kevin Williamson’s Scream 7 has been slashing through franchise milestones at the box office in the last couple weeks, the biggest of which is that the franchise’s brand new seventh installment has now allowed the Scream saga to pass $1 billion at the box office.
Over the course of the past 30 years, the Scream movies have scared up $1,089,365,201 in theaters, making Scream one of only six horror franchises in history to hit that milestone!
