Eurowings has expanded its Greece offering through a new interline agreement with Aegean Airlines, enabling passengers to book additional island destinations via its own website for the first time.
Since early March 2026, travellers can access smaller Greek islands such as Kefalonia, Leros, Mytilini, Naxos and Syros — with flights operated by Aegean Airlines but sold through Eurowings channels.
The partnership complements Eurowings’ existing direct network by offering one-stop connections via Athens and Thessaloniki. This also extends access to popular leisure destinations including Chania, Kalamata, Mykonos, Santorini and Samos.
A key element of the move is Eurowings’ ability to integrate partner flights despite operating as a ticketless airline, combining both codeshare and interline models within its own booking platform — a relatively uncommon capability in the low-cost segment.
The airline indicated that the interline programme will be expanded to include additional partners, suggesting further network growth beyond Greece.
