BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (WINK)—A runway with a purpose will take center stage this weekend as models strut their stuff to raise money for charity.
The Bonita Springs-Estero Elks Lodge is hosting its annual Lady’s Fashion Show on Saturday, March 21. The lodge is located at 3231 Coconut Road, just west of U.S. 41.
The event will feature the latest fashion and accessories by Rebecca. Lunch will be served by the handsome gentlemen of the Elks. It also includes a 50/50 raffle as well as a silent and Chinese auction.
This year’s fashion show is raising money for Interfaith Charities of South Lee. Peter Thompson, a proud Elks member, recently spoke about their charitable work at a WINK Listens event.
“I may be partial to the Elks, but I really believe that we do an awful lot for all of the charities that we get involved in, children’s therapies, Veterans Affairs, many, many charities,” he said.
Last year’s fashion show raised $2101. In 2024, the Elks raised $2324 for the Honor Flight.
Doors Saturday open at 10 a.m. Lunch is served at noon.
