New Music Friday release radar for March 20, 2026: top albums, song releases

Happy New Music Friday eve. This one’s a multiplex marquee—one of those rare March drop nights where the pop blockbuster, the country heavyweight, and the internet-dominating fandom event all arrive at once. Tomorrow’s slate has a real center of gravity in BTS and Luke Combs, but it also has enough side-action to keep the tabs multiplying after midnight.

BTS are the headline magnet with ARIRANG, their first full-group album in nearly four years, and the rollout is built like an event franchise: album on Friday, Netflix comeback special on Saturday, documentary right behind it.
