LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A financial advisor who worked with Lubbock’s Ferrum Capital has pleaded guilty in a San Antonio federal courtroom.
Brooklynn Chandler Willy pleaded guilty Thursday to six counts of wire fraud in connection with an ongoing investigation.
She also pleaded guilty to four other charges, including aggravated identity theft and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
The case is set for sentencing on Monday, Sept. 28, at 9 a.m.

The indictment also named Lubbock’s Joshua Allen and Michael Cox, who operated Ferrum Capital and its affiliates.
Allen and Cox have pleaded not guilty. Their trial is set for August, with any potential plea agreements due by July 31.
The financial advisors are also facing multiple civil lawsuits that claim they talked their investors into a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.
