OKEECHOBEE, Fla. (CBS12) — Heading through Okeechobee County? Be ready for hours of traffic because of the Okeechobee Music Festival.
According to the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office, Highway 70 East for both eastbound and westbound lanes near 128th Avenue, which is one of the main entrance points into Music Fest, is experiencing heavy congestion.

Travelers should also expect that US 441, northbound and southbound near 144th Drive, is also backed up with significant delays.
