Meredith Wilson’s “The Music Man” is making its way to Happy Valley. Big League Productions’ national tour will stop at Penn State’s Eisenhower Auditorium at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7.
The play follows River City, Iowa, and its trouble when fast-talking salesman Harold Hill makes his way into town. While conning the townspeople into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band, he falls in love with the local librarian. The musical has has six Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
