19th National Film Festival for Talented Youth.NFFTY is “the world’s largest film festival for emerging directors,” showcasing films by directors 24 and under with a focus on women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other traditionally marginalized communities. An all-access pass gets you everything the fest has to offer, including the opening-night party, after-party, workshops, screenings, and more. Virtual programming will be available through April 5.

Mariners Opening Weekend. GO M’s! It’s that time of year again, folks. The Seattle Mariners will celebrate opening day on Thursday, March 26, with home games happening all weekend through Wednesday. Grab your favorite Mariners gear, head to T-Mobile Park, and give our team some love to kick off their 2026 season. The Mariners will play against the Cleveland Guardians from Thursday to Sunday, and then the New York Yankees from Monday to Wednesday.

Saturday, March 28
Metropolitan Fashion Week. To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Metropolitan Fashion Week is returning to its birthplace at 415 on Westlake for a night of fashion, artistry, and innovation. The event will feature Americana 2.5 Fashion Masterpieces, created and designed by celebrated Seattle Fashion Designers Project Runway Season 16 Deyonte Weather, Julie Danforth, Bryce Rail, and Rebels and Lovers Boutique owner and designer Monica Kitchen.

Plate of Nations. This two-week-long event highlights and celebrates the flavors and businesses of South Seattle. You will be able to support and get to know more than 50 local restaurants in the area — including Bananas Grill, Habesha Cafe, Moochee, Mangosteen’s Chicken Shop, FRESHH Eats and Beats, Bang Bang Kitchen, more! This event is a signature event of the MLK Business Association.

Seattle Moisture Festival. This festival is bringing four weeks of comedy/variety performances to the Emerald City. Seattle Moisture Festival is “the world’s largest comedy/variety festival.” You can expect to see short but exhilarating performances by all kinds of acts — aerialists, jugglers, magicians, comedians, dancers, rope acts, bubble acts, clowns, acrobats, can can girls, strong women, strong men, tap dancers, drill teams, musicians, and more.
