The future $1 billion home of the Oklahoma City Thunder will open under the name of Continental Coliseum under a 15-year naming rights agreement between the team and the world’s largest privately held oil and natural gas producer.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The team’s ownership, led by Clay Bennett, secured control over selling naming rights as part of a contract with the city designed to keep the Thunder in Oklahoma City through at least 2053.
