Ahead of the official announcement (which will happen later today), a game from April 2026’s PS Plus Essential lineup has been leaked.
As per usual, the leak comes from the incredibly reliable Dealabs, who claim that Lords of the Fallen — the second Lords of the Fallen, not the first one with the bearded guy on the cover — will headline April’s selection.
The PS5 action RPG first released in October 2023 for PS5. At the time, it received decent reviews, but the title really came into its own after receiving a number of major updates.
As it stands right now, Lords of the Fallen is widely considered to be one of the best Soulslike games money can buy; a dark fantasy adventure that combines some gorgeous art direction with crunchy combat and a core gameplay mechanic that sees you step between two distinct realities.
Again, the full April 2026 lineup will be revealed later today (Wednesday the 25th March). Two other games will be announced alongside Lords of the Fallen. We will of course be covering the news here on Push Square.
