New on Hulu in April 2026 — all the new shows and movies to watch

It’s finally April, and we’re not fooling you — the new lineup on Hulu is stacked. This month’s schedule is rife with heavy hitters, featuring the return of a beloved ‘90s sitcom, a chilling dystopian sequel and a horror flick that’ll have you looking at your pets a little differently.

The drama kicks off April 8 with “The Testaments,” the long-awaited follow-up to “The Handmaid’s Tale.” The series follows Agnes and Daisy as they come of age within the walls of Gilead and begin to challenge the world around them. For something lighter, look to April 10, when “Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair” brings the family back for a four-episode revival centered on Hal and Lois’ 40th anniversary.
