Two unlikely heroes are the highlights of Paramount+ in April 2026.
They are Cheech and Chong, who star in documentary “Cheech & Chong’s Last Movie.” It follows the legendary comedy duo Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong on a heartwarming road trip as they relive past adventures.
Blending live-action, animation and archival clips, the nostalgic drive down memory lane has attracted plenty of positive buzz, with reviewers praising the enduring chemistry of its two counter-cultural icons.
To complement the offering, April 1 brings stoner comedies galore, including “Cheech & Chong’s Still Smokin”, as well as both “Wayne’s World” movies, and all installments from the “Jackass” series.
For something a bit more sobering, there’s “My Killer Father: The Green Hollow Murders.” This Paramount+ original docuseries, airing April 28, investigates claims made by Lucy Studey that her father, a mechanic in southwestern Iowa, killed upwards of 50 people.
