Former Alabama basketball star Jaden Shackelford has recently made history with the Valley Suns in the NBA’s G League.
Shackelford recently recorded 54 total points on an extremely impressive 62% shooting during the Valley Suns’ final game of the regular season, as the former Crimson Tide star was at his best against Capitanes CDMX this past Wednesday evening. Shackelford’s career-high 54 points officially made him the Valley Suns’ new franchise all-time leading scorer, as the guard was on an absolute tear in the G League throughout the entire 2025-26 campaign.

Shackelford averaged 22.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and three assists this season on 38.1% shooting from three, which was his second consecutive year with the Suns’ organization, as well as his fourth overall in the NBA G League.
Shackelford was a superstar throughout his three seasons at Alabama. The talented guard averaged 15.2 points throughout his time in Tuscaloosa, as Shackelford played a critical role during the Tide’s 2021 SEC championship run.
The star playmaker continues to impress in the G League following his time at Alabama, as Shackelford is officially the Valley Suns’ new franchise all-time leading scorer following his 54 point performance on Wednesday.
