Aristocrat Gaming’s Asian leadership team is facing a major shakeup, with SVP for Asia and EMEA Lloyd Robson and head of Product Planning & Strategy Ashley Fong having resigned from the company, Inside Asian Gaming has learned.
IAG understands Robson and Fong have agreed to join IGT later this year after seeing out a mandatory leave period. Both worked under IGT’s recently appointed CEO Hector Fernandez when he was CEO of Aristocrat Gaming between March 2022 and December 2024.
In response to IAG’s inquiries, an Aristocrat spokesperson said, “Aristocrat Gaming can confirm that Lloyd Robson and Ashley Fong have resigned and are no longer with the business. Asia and EMEA are important markets for Aristocrat Gaming, and our strategy and commitment to those regions remain unchanged.”

Robson, from Sydney, Australia, first joined Aristocrat almost a decade ago and assumed the role of General Manager – Asia in late 2019, based in Macau. He was only last year promoted to oversee the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) on top of his Asia-wide brief.
Fong, a Macau local, previously spent 15 years with IGT before joining Aristocrat in June 2022. IAG understands she will continue to be based in Macau when she returns to IGT, with Robson to return to Sydney.
