US Special Forces have arrived in the Middle East in preparation for eventual ground operations against Iran. It has also been confirmed that the elements of the 82nd Airborne Division have also arrived as well. Currently the USS Boxer is still some distance away, with it expected to arrive some time within the week along with the 11th MEU onboard. Iran has attacked and hit several ships within the Strait of Hormuz. Several chinese ships were able to make it through, but no other vessels have made passage. The US is now considering leaving the war, and also abandoning reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Ukraine has conducted a large drone attack on the Russian Federation, hitting the Port of Ust Luga once more. Heavy damage has also been inflicted onto major industrial facilities. Ukraine has also held the line inflicting heavy casualties onto the Russian armed forces.
