As the co-founder and CEO of The Caviar Co., Petra Higby (@petrahigby) jets from her Cow Hollow boutique to Kathy Hilton’s annual PJ party, all while looking effortlessly fabulous. You have Higby to thank for the caviar that’s everywhere; she’s supplied chefs and taught them that everything from deviled eggs to fried chicken is better with caviar. She’s also single-handedly made National Caviar Day (July 18) one of the city’s coolest annual parties.
