The construction of the tower is led by Clark Construction, who began vertical construction in December of 2024. Originally expected to deliver later in the fall of this year, Albion Music Row, located at 1501 McGavock St., now expects move-ins to occur this spring.

Albion Music Row was designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, with other team members that included Barge Cauthen & Associates, Hodgson Douglas, SDL, and I.C. Thomasson.
