Greece to Perform Fourth in Eurovision 2026 Semi-Final in Vienna Greek City Times

Greece will take to the stage early in the first semi-final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest 2026, performing fourth in the running order when the competition kicks off in Vienna.

The official lineup was unveiled via the contest’s YouTube channel ahead of the live shows, scheduled for May 12 and May 14, with the grand final set for May 16.

Representing Greece, rising artist Akylas will perform his track “Ferto” (Bring It). He is slated to appear after Croatia and before Portugal, placing Greece in a strong early slot in the semi-final.

This year’s contest also introduces a key format change, as professional juries return to the semi-finals for the first time since 2022. Jury votes will now be combined with public televoting to determine which countries advance to the grand final.

Meanwhile, the so-called “Big Four” — France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom — along with host nation Austria, will also perform during the semi-finals. However, all five countries automatically qualify for the final.

With anticipation building, Greece will be aiming to secure a place in the grand final and deliver a standout performance on the Eurovision stage.
