This month’s café will show you how the data behind everyday apps is being transformed into powerful tools that help solve medical challenges once considered impossible, even predicting risks before symptoms appear.
What you’ll experience:
-Discover how the logic behind your daily digital habits is being repurposed to tackle major medical mysteries.
-Train your own medical AI model on the spot. (No coding required)
-Connect with NIH and Big Data researchers to explore career paths at the intersection of health and technology.
Students will receive service hours and a certificate of participation.

The Alexandria Teen Science Café is organized by Chrysalis Development Group, in partnership with VT’s K-12 program, and the City of Alexandria RPCA, and this month with the participation of George Washington University.
