Spring is perennially fashion’s season, and this year it ushered in the most anticipated store opening of 2026. Acclaimed fashion destination Forty Five Ten has officially opened its second location—a Fort Worth outpost in the heart of the city’s thriving arts and culture district.
Just blocks from the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, Amon Carter Museum of American Art, and Kimbell Art Museum, the gallery-like space is a convergence of modern architecture, contemporary art, and expressive fashion.
For over 25 years, Forty Five Ten has been a defining force in Dallas’s fashion landscape—celebrated for its architectural interiors, museum-caliber art, and forward-thinking mix of international and emerging designers. Its expansion to Fort Worth carries this legacy westward in a striking 4,000-square-foot boutique designed by internationally recognized firm Ibañez Shaw Architecture.
On the shelves, you’ll find a tightly edited mix of women’s ready-to-wear, fine jewelry, accessories, and home, including several designers appearing in Fort Worth for the first time. The assortment celebrates the artistry and enduring craftsmanship of designers including Bode, Dries Van Noten, Khaite, Comme des Garçons, Jil Sander, Marni, and more.

And of course, there’s art. The store’s collection includes works by Secundino Hernández, Nicholas Hatfull, Marina Perez Simão, David Flaugher, Jorge Galindo, Hubert Schmalix, Andrew Kuo, and Catherine Opie.
Opened alongside the new Forty Five Ten is Café Mirador, a more intimate “little sister” to the acclaimed downtown Dallas restaurant. With interior design direction from SWOON, The Studio, Café Mirador is a warm destination for lunch, brunch, or post-shopping cocktails. Its menu of progressive American cuisine presents favorites from the original menu, alongside new features and brunch cocktails.
“The emphasis on seasonality, originality, and modern American cuisine that made Mirador successful remains at the heart of everything we do,” says Coner Seargeant, Vice President of Restaurants. “We wanted to create a relaxed space where friends gather for a good time before or after shopping. And of course, there will be caviar.”
