Porto could be missing one of their key players for the Europa League tie
Porto have had an injury scare ahead of facing Nottingham Forest in the Europa League.
The Reds travel to Portugal for the first leg of their quarter-final tie on Thursday before hosting Porto at the City Ground in the second leg on April 16.
Porto were in action in the Portuguese top flight on Saturday, drawing 2-2 with Famalicao, and they lost key man Rodrigo Mora in the first half of the match.
Porto boss Francesco Farioli gave an update on the forward’s situation after the final whistle, saying: “He felt pain in his other leg. We’ll have to see. It’ll be difficult to recover, but we’ll have to check tomorrow.”
Turning his attention to Forest and the Europa League, Farioli added: “It’s a long marathon. There are times when we gain an advantage, others when we let it slip away. That was the case today.
“We have to turn the page, because on Thursday we have an important match against Nottingham Forest and we have to be at our best.”
