Less than a week remains in the NBA regular season. With ten games between 20 teams on deck this Tuesday, there’s no better time than now for a few player props. Among the postseason-relevant matchups tonight, Hornets vs. Celtics offers a potential Eastern Conference playoff preview. Elsewhere, the defending champion Thunder visit the contending Lakers. To cap things off, Kevin Durant returns to Phoenix when the Rockets battle the Suns.
Which players make sense for bettors this evening? Here are my three favorite NBA prop bet picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for Tuesday’s contests.

Donte DiVincenzo under 2.5 three-pointers made (-104)
Minnesota’s offense has looked a little different over the past few weeks. Face of the franchise Anthony Edwards (knee) has missed eight of the team’s last ten games. That’s meant more touches to go around for the rest of the roster, including Donte DiVincenzo. The eighth-year pro is always a threat to go off, especially from three-point range. However, he’s been quite inefficient as of late. Over his last six games, DDV is averaging 12.7 points on lackluster 35/36/71 shooting splits. Still, he’s taken 12.0 field goal attempts per game during that time.
DiVincenzo, if nothing else, has been busy from beyond the arc. The Villanova alum has connected on at least three three-pointers in six of his previous nine matchups. In theory, that streak stands a good chance of continuing against a lackluster Pacers defense. With that being said, Indiana is holding opponents to the third-fewest three-pointers made per game this season (12.2). In addition, the Timberwolves have a good chance at wrapping this one up before the start of the fourth quarter. Given his dismal efficiency as of late, DiVincenzo makes sense as a fade tonight.
Scottie Barnes 8+ assists (+102)
While he isn’t always a scoring machine, it’s no stretch to call Scottie Barnes Toronto’s best player. The do-it-all forward is a stat-stuffing machine, capable of impacting a game in a number of different ways. For betting purposes, the Florida State alum can be a bit frustrating. Barnes’ unselfishness often leads to surprisingly low point totals. The two-time All-Star has failed to record more than 14 points in each of his last four outings. Still, he’s delivered 18.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game this season.
Barnes’ output as a scorer, even in an advantageous matchup, feels too volatile to back at the moment. However, he’s been absolutely lethal as a distributor over the past few weeks. Scottie has dished out eight or more assists in seven of his previous eight games. Miami, Tuesday’s opponent, has allowed the NBA’s 12th-most assists per game this season (27.4). The Heat have been a frequent target for this list due to their league-leading pace on offense. With more possessions than usual for the Raptors tonight, expect their leading man to get his teammates some open looks.
Cooper Flagg 34+ points + rebounds (-116)
Few players in basketball have been on more of a tear than Cooper Flagg. The rookie has tallied 45 and 51 points respectively over his last two games. It’s not as if those numbers came against slouches either; the Lakers and Magic aren’t exactly pushovers defensively. Despite a few injury setbacks, it’s been a terrific first year for Flagg. Through 66 games, the 19-year-old phenom has recorded 21.1 points, 6.6 rebounds and 4.6 assists while shooting 47% from the field. As his team’s undisputed top option, the wing has grown more comfortable as a go-to scorer.
Dallas’ budding star will look to keep the good times rolling on Tuesday against Los Angeles’ other team. The Clippers remain competitive despite selling a few key pieces at the trade deadline. That includes Ivica Zubac, shipped off to Indiana. In his stead, longtime veteran Brook Lopez has logged more minutes than usual at center. Backup Isaiah Jackson (foot) is sidelined for at least another week. Unsurprisingly, LA has delivered the NBA’s seventh-worst defensive rebounding percentage since the All-Star break (68.2%). Over their last three games, the Clippers have also surrendered the association’s fourth-most points in the paint (58.7). In short, Flagg should have little issue exploiting an uninspiring front court.
