Earlier today we got our first look at a photo of dummy models for iPhone Fold, iPhone 18 Pro, and iPhone 18 Pro Max via Sonny Dickson. But now, a video has arrived to offer another look at what’s coming.
Video shows dummy models for Apple’s iPhone Fold and iPhone 18 Pro Max side-by-side
Apple’s flagship iPhone lineup this year is expected to include iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and its first foldable model. The latter device is commonly called iPhone Fold, but might actually be named iPhone Ultra.
Leaker Sonny Dickson shared the first photo of dummy models for these devices earlier today. And now another source has posted a video to provide an even better look.
X user AhMad Ansari shared the following video comparing dummies for iPhone Fold and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
As you can see, the foldable iPhone is significantly shorter than iPhone 18 Pro Max. Thus, it might feel more like an iPhone mini when folded. Though it will also feel wider than the iPhone mini and other iPhone models.
The dummy’s thickness is also very close to that of iPhone 18 Pro Max when folded. However, when unfolded this means it will feel about half the size.
For reference, iPhone 18 Pro Max is expected to be just barely thicker than iPhone 17 Pro Max.
