John Cahill joined Womble Bond Dickinson as a partner in its finance, bankruptcy & restructuring practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Cahill advises on real estate financing matters, with depth in the back-leverage market, fund formation, and structured credit. He represents major financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors across domestic and cross-border transactions, including significant work across Asia where he has advised on the formation of real estate private equity funds, capital raising, and related M&A activity, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case.
