Over on Steam, Donley Time Foundation revealed that the costs of maintaining Boss 101 and Zazmo Arcade Foundation exceed the profits from sales, and as a result, it is pulling both games from the PC storefront today. If you want both the Boss 101 achievements and the Zazmo Arcade Pack achievements and don’t already own these games, you may want to grab them on Xbox.
That said, the Steam post (thanks, Delisted Games) doesn’t mention the Xbox versions, so we’re not 100% sure if they will indeed be delisted from the Microsoft Store or not. We have reached out to Donley Time Foundation for clarification.
Boss 101 is a shoot ’em up where you’re sent across the globe and into space to battle against bosses that you create using the game’s Make-A-Boss generator. Making your way through a level and defeating a boss rewards you with money that you can then spend on new weapons and upgrades. It appears to be a decent little game with a 3.62/5 TA community rating. If you’re interested, it’s currently priced at $14.99/ £12.49 on the Microsoft Store.
Zazmo Arcade Park is a collection of single-player and co-op arcade games that have been reworked with a “Donley Time Foundation spin.” This one sits with a 2.19/5 TA community rating and can be picked up for $9.99 / £8.39.
Will you be grabbing either of these games in case they’re delisted today? Let us know down in the comments below. Elsewhere in the sad world of delistings, Horizon Chase Turbo will be pulled from the Xbox store in June.
