Dr. Andrea Lamont Nazarenko, PhD, is an American clinical-community psychologist with expertise in quantitative methods and system-level change. She serves as Chief Strategic Officer of Make Europe Healthy Again (MEHA), a non-political movement dedicated to systemic public health reform, the restoration of food sovereignty, bodily autonomy, and the protection of cultural heritage as foundational elements of health across the European continent.
She has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications in implementation science, health psychology, chiropractic, developmental psychology, and statistics, as well as the book When Food Hurts: Four Steps to a Gut-Happy Lifestyle (2019). Dr. Nazarenko holds a PhD in Clinical-Community Psychology (quantitative methods) and master’s degrees in Psychology in Education (Columbia University), Clinical-Community Psychology, and Applied Statistics.
She provides consultation to healthcare systems, communities, and governments in the United States and internationally on the effective implementation of evidence-based practices and policies. Her core focus remains system-level change: transform the environment and the people within it will thrive. She is committed to making genuine wellness the default state of human life.
