These Rich Sneakers Are $36 During Black Friday 2025

I follow a specific group of fashion people known for their unwavering loyalty to big-name designers. Once in a blue moon, however, they’ll wear something non-designer, and when that happens, it immediately grabs my attention. In September 2024, I noticed stylish individuals in Copenhagen stepping out in Adidas Taekwondo sneakers, and naturally, as a fashion editor, I reported on it. Almost immediately, insiders in Paris, New York, and London picked up on the trend; added it to their wardrobes; and paired it with jeans, leggings, tailored pants, and even skirts.

These understated sneakers were originally designed as lightweight taekwondo training shoes. They feature a soft leather composition highlighted by the brand’s iconic 3-Stripes. The sleek, low-profile design adds a refined touch to outfits without overpowering them or appearing too sporty, which explains why serious fashion people continue to embrace them.
