The former RHOBH star, 62, looked almost unrecognisable with bleached eyebrows and a huge slicked back wig covering her dark locks.
Lisa turned heads in the bizarre black and white plaid suit with dramatic shoulder pads that engulfed her tiny frame.
The ensemble also featured frayed detailing as she slipped her feet into a pair of towering platform heels to strut her stuff on the red carpet.
Accentuating her features with make-up the actress also showcased her very plump pout which her lips slicked in nude gloss.
This year, the ceremony was hosted by actor Colman Domingo, who offered a nod to the awards’ UK heritage by dressing in Burberry for the red carpet.

Considered one of the biggest nights in the fashion calendar, the ceremony honours some of the most dazzling names and faces in the global fashion industry – celebrating household names and emerging designers.
The annual event, which started in 1989, was originally known as the British Fashion Awards until 2016, when the name changed to better reflect the global pool of talent being recognised.
First hosted at the iconic Royal Albert Hall, the awards have also been held at the Natural History Museum – four times – and three times at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
They returned to the Royal Albert Hall in 2016, and have stayed there ever since, becoming an annual hotspot for some of fashion’s biggest names.
From Princess Diana and the Spice Girls, to Vivienne Westwood and Karl Lagerfeld, the awards have welcomed some of the world’s most famous faces from fashion and beyond.
Lisa’s appearance comes following reports that her model daughter Amelia Hamlin, who she shares with actor husband Harry Hamlin, has a new love in her life.

And the 24-year-old is going public with her new boyfriend as they were seen cuddling on Tuesday evening at the FRAME & Amelia Gray Celebrate Collaboration at Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood.
Hamlin is dating Nicolai Marciano, who is the heir to the Guess? Inc fashion empire as his father is Paul Marciano, 73, the co-founder of the glitzy brand.
The 30-year-old wore a beige blazer over a rust-colored sweater as he was seen next to his new lady love at the event.
And Marciano has already clearly met the family as Hamlin’s sister Delilah and her mother Lisa were also in attendance at the intimate affair.
This comes after they were spied together at the GQ event on Sunday.
Marciano is the Chief New Business Development Officer for Guess? Inc and has also worked in brand partnerships and specialty marketing for the massive company.
He is also ‘juggling multiple tasks from oversight of the build-out of wholesale accounts to opening brand-dedicated concept stores to ensuring the brand line incorporates vintage Guess elements from the 1980s,’ according to Sourcing Journal.

Guess? Inc was founded in 1981 by brothers Paul, Maurice, and Armand Marciano. The company was established after the Marciano brothers left France to pursue the ‘American dream’ in the US.
The brand has been known for using celebrities such as Anna Nicole Smith, Claudia Schiffer, Jennifer Lopez and, more recently, Sydney Sweeney in their ads.
Hamlin split from Scott Disick in early September 2021 after nearly 11 months of dating.
The breakup followed drama surrounding DMs that Disick allegedly sent about his ex, Kourtney Kardashian. Disick and Kardashian have three children together: Mason, Penelope and Reign.
